We are delighted to introduce you to "Step Up Inclusive." This program is a unique career opportunity providing long-term internships in various departments of Henkel (Istanbul Head Office - Ümraniye, Ankara - Factory).
Our aim is to create a more inclusive work environment while increasing individuals' innovation, creativity, diversity, and awareness.
We require a minimum of 2 working days of participation in the internship program and a commitment to be with us for 1 year.

Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree,
Having at least a 40% disability level (declaration with a report will be required),
Able to work at least 2 days a week,
Proficient in MS Office applications,
Possessing good communication and teamwork skills,
