FiberLine Internship Program

What is the FiberLine Internship Program?

This program, starting on July 1st and lasting 8 months, is designed to offer young talents real work experience.

FiberLine interns actively participate in projects relevant to their fields, experience the production and factory environment firsthand, and become part of professional business processes.
Candidates who successfully complete specific evaluation steps will embark not just on an internship, but on a comprehensive development journey that will give them a strong start to their careers.
 
Who Can Apply?
 
If you can be with us at least 2 days a week during the school year, and work full-time during semester and summer breaks,
If you are a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student or pursuing a master's degree,
If you are studying in one of the following departments: Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Textile Engineering, Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Chemistry, Statistics, Mathematics, or Econometrics,
If you are at a level where you can actively use English,
Note: After the selection and placement process is completed, we will share feedback with all candidates, whether the process is successful or unsuccessful, via email in May-June.

Feedback specific to your personality inventory,
Opportunity to present your projects, evaluations of Aksa, and improvement suggestions to senior management,
Priority consideration for all specialist positions opened at Aksa,
Career talks, panels, one-on-one contact with managers, and mentor-mentee programs,
Visit to Akkök Holding and experience getting to know the group companies closely,
Salary payment based on minimum wage,
Transportation service for Yalova, Kocaeli (Karamürsel-Gölcük-Başiskele), Istanbul Anatolian Side, and Bursa,
Accommodation support for candidates not residing in the transportation route,
Weekly transportation support for students benefiting from accommodation support.
